The design & construction team works closely with senior leadership to create a unique architectural vision for new and existing properties. Once the creative vision is approved, they collaborate with internal operations teams, architects, designers, and contractors on the renovation/expansion of an existing hotel or on the development of a new property.

After construction is complete, the team focuses on fully furnishing and equipping each guest room, public space, restaurant, café, entertainment venue, ballroom and meeting room.

Positions include executive-level real estate development professionals, design and construction coordinators, interior designers, and expediters in furniture, fixtures and equipment.
