Flawlessly prepared food demands flawless service. Our food & beverage operations team provides the vital link between our kitchens and our guests. We offer a range of positions, beginning with our director of food & beverage and director of restaurants, who oversee every F&B outlet including restaurants, in-room dining, café services, beverage outlets and staff at each location.

Each restaurant and food outlet has a general manager and support team of assistant managers, and serving positions are available in restaurants, exciting bars and clubs, in-room dining, banquets and catering. Rounding out the team are stewards who assist with sanitation and other clean-up duties in the kitchens.

The food & beverage operations team also features a number of specialty positions, including wedding specialists, catering specialists, and banquet specialists who assist clients with planning special events and coordinate with other departments to ensure flawless execution.
