Their responsibilities cover telecommunications, enterprise technology management in the areas of applications and infrastructure, conference services (high-speed internet, cutting-edge audio-visual tools) networks, security, entertainment, in-room services, and other customer-service processes.

Positions within IT report to a director of IT and include specialists across every facet of technology used within the hotels.
